Learning isn’t always the problem - it’s retaining. How will I know that this will stick?
Students receive a cheat sheet at the end of their session that will provide step-by-step instructions on what they learned. Also, practice is key. With the purchase of a package, students get weekly homework which will reinforce the new material they have just learned.
I sometimes have problems with my printer, computer or internet connection. Is this something that you can help me with?
If your smart device, computer, WiFi, or printer isn’t working properly, let your Tech Coach know right away and help is on its way!
I think need to purchase a new computer or printer, can you help?
Yes. You will be able to get assistance with choosing a computer or printer that fits your particular needs. This also includes setting up your new device, transferring important documents, music and photos from your old computer to your new one and making sure all of the connections (printer, WiFi) are working properly.
How can you assist with my cell phone needs?
You can get assistance with purchasing a new phone, making sure contacts and photos are transferred from the old device, lessons on how to use your new device, assistance with software upgrades, back-ups of your important photos, and reviewing your cell phone plan to make sure you are not overpaying.
Do you serve outside of New York City, Westchester or Long Island?
